Capital Ford Lincoln Collision Centre in Winnipeg is looking to add to their Rockstar team! If you enjoy a fast-pace challenge, providing customers with a seamless experience, and looking for opportunity to grow your career, we are looking for a Body Shop Administrator!
Essential Duties:
- Conduct detailed inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with Capital's quality standards
- Collaborate with technicians, repair planners, and customer service to address and rectify any customer quality concerns promptly
- Exceed customer expectations by delivering vehicles in exceptional condition
- Manage parts ordering and inventory to prevent shortages and maintain stock levels
- Perform comprehensive assessments of damaged vehicles, documenting and recommending repairs as per inspection results
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, insurance companies, and repair teams, ensuring effective communication
- Schedule repair projects efficiently to optimize shop productivity and adherence to deadlines
- Monitor repair progress, adjusting workflows to address any delays or issues directly
- Work across departments to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all repair documentation and customer records
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and communicating repair details and expectations
- Offer guidance to customers on vehicle maintenance and care, aligning with manufacturer specifications
- Clearly explain any additional repair needs, costs, and time considerations to customers
- Ensure repair orders are clear and comprehensive for all parties involved

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a body shop or other automotive shop environment is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
