As part of the elite non-prime sales team at RightRide Winnipeg, you will use your knowledge of the sales framework and your customer service expertise to successfully match valued customers with new or pre-owned vehicles. Your Day-to-Day
- Listen to the clients to help meet their needs
- Be empathetic to the client's needs, wants, and concerns
- Be patient and guide clients through a thorough buying process supported by the established sales framework
- Meet sales goals and objectives focusing by on our 40/40/40 model. That's 40 calls, 40 texts, and 40 messages online a day to get the word out, and invite new and existing clients in
- Enhance the customer experience by demonstrating the vehicles features and conducting a test drive
- Complete vehicle quotes and explain financing and warranty options for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Transfer ownership of a vehicle utilizing an established delivery process which ensures the client understands the vehicles operating features and warranty
- Develop and maintain relationships with our valued clients to further promote the dealership's brand within the market
- Manage the customer service experience by following up with clients to obtain feedback and request referrals
- Create an exceptional client experience
- Available to work Saturdays and extended hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you need
- Sales and/or customer service experience is an asset
- Committed to on-going professional development
- Results driven attitude
- Amazing customer service skills resulting in complete customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of CDK, VIN, and Dealertrack considered and asset.
