Responsibilities :
The incumbent responds to customer requests for automotive parts and accessories, both on the phone and at the counter, as well as supplying shop technicians. The candidate will enter, send and receive orders for parts, which must then be placed in stock. You will be required to assist technical advisors by preparing estimates for customers.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with computer systems;
- Knowledge of Korean products (an asset).
