We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Kelowna, BC Dealership as Service Advisor. This is a Full-Time, Regular position.
The primary focus of the Service Advisor is customer service. The Service Advisor is held accountable to ensuring all customers are treated with respect and integrity, ensuring a smooth book-in process by under promising and over delivering. If the location does not have a Service Manager, the Service Advisor will report directly to the General Manager.
The Service Advisor is responsible for listening to customer concerns and requests and working with the RV Service Technicians to ensure everything necessary is done to meet and exceed the customers' expectations. It is important to clearly communicate with the customer at the time of drop-off and pick-up as the customer must approve the repair costs prior to completing the work.

JOB DUTIES:
- Adhere to the company Mission, Vision & Values
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Create work order upon phone book in
- Ensure follow up with your customers
- Provide estimates and quote repair work
- May assist in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed by the Service Manager
- Maintain a neat desk service counter area
- Any other items, as directed by the Service Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary education
- Service advisor training and/or certificates
- Customer service training and/or certificate
- Service advisor and customer service experience.
- Previous related experience
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- An outstanding personality

Wage range : $24/hr - $29/hr based on expereince.
