Our AWIN Green Lane Body Shop located in Thornhill is looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our amazing team!
Job Purpose
The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.
Core Accountabilities
- Interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.
- Giving suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle.
- Estimating the cost of the vehicle damage and the time for the repair.
- Coordinating work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization.
- Keeping up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies.
- Following automotive industry safety norms and standards.
- Answering telephone inquiries and queries of customers.
- Meeting all assigned targets and objectives.
- Preparing and evaluating reports for the establishment and attending training for new products.
- Order Parts as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
- Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office.
