We are looking for qualified candidates to join our Team at our Delta, BC Dealership in the position of Parts & Service Assistant. This is a Regular, Full Time position. The hourly rate is between $22 and $25 depending on work background and experience.
The Parts & Service Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the Parts and Service department with day-to-day tasks such as inventory keeping, the upkeeping of work orders and assisting customers with Parts and Service inquiries.The position requires strong organizational skills and Customer Service orientation.

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company Mission, Vision & Values
- Answering phone calls
- Assist Service & Parts Advisor with creating and closing work orders and estimates
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Assist with ordering and receiving Parts
- Provide Customer Service at Point of Sale
- Ensure follow up with customers
- Assist in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed by the Service & Parts Advisor
- Maintain a neat desk service counter area
- Any other items, as directed by the Fixed Operations Manager
Requirements
- Secondary education
- Customer Service experience
- Retail experience
- Reliable transportation
- Experience with RV's is considered an asset
