Your Responsibilities:
 

• Present and counsel guests regarding the purchase of insurance, warranty, and maintenance products available for sale.
• Ensure guests understand every component of the sale.
• Accurately and justly represent the guest with all financing providers.
• Work with the sales team to help close client sales.
• Research vehicle liens on trade-ins or dealer trades; verify all vehicles have correct titles, tax and lien information.
• Track and record sales performance accordingly.
• Prepare policy remittances and sales reports for management.
• Research and propose new ideas and business office products/concepts, pricing and presentation strategies.
• Ensure payment for all contracts accurately, inclusive of all rebates owed by both Honda and external (Government).
• Accurately complete all paperwork as dictated by financial provider's policies and mitigate risk against audit.

What We're Looking For:
 

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Financial Services Manager, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
• Organization: Strong Organizational and Prioritization skills
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Deskit, Dealersocket, CDK, and CRM software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract and a valid VSA license.
