Responsibilities
Market Representation is responsible for Ford of Canada's Ford and Lincoln dealer network: the Right Dealer in the Right Location with the Right Facility. This involves the management and coordination of dealership financials, the management of dealer changes and management of policies, and maintaining the Ford & Lincoln brand facility and image.
- Support the Analytics Manager with various initiatives such as the annual Market Study process
- Support the Facility & Image Manager with initiatives such as standard dealer communications and facility and signage program cost analysis
- Support the Network Planning Manager with initiatives such as communication of Market infographics to dealers, and research into the DEI landscape
- Lead the MCRP (Modular Control Review Program) for the department, independently testing, documenting, and obtaining leadership approval, using training resources to ensure corporate compliance.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, MBA or equivalent) in progress
- Applicants will be required to provide current transcripts
- Applicants are required to be returning to school in the Fall
- Candidates must be available May to August 2025
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset
