Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is a national manufacturer and distributor of automobiles and automotive service parts headquartered in Oakville, Ontario and is an integral part of the international Ford Motor Company organization.

Responsibilities
- Analyze competitive incentive programs, including deep dives into programs targeting priority shoppers (geographic, conquest shoppers, new graduates etc.)
- Review of existing / historical Ford incentive programs to determine program effectiveness (impact to sales performance, return on investment, advertising effectiveness) and make recommendations for future program enhancements.
- Support for Yield Management initiatives:
- Analysis to support vehicle line profitability deep dives
- Pilot development / launch / tracking of new ideas
- Assist in completing any Sarbanes Oxley requirements for Marketing & Dealer Claim departments
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, MBA or equivalent) in progress
- Applicants will be required to provide current transcripts
- Applicants are required to be returning to school in the Fall

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset
