In business for over 30 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. The Role:
PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Development Team as a Product Specialist - CRM. As a Product Specialist - CRM, you will be working on the PSG (Product Solutions Group) Team, you will be responsible for problem management, quality assurance testing, documenting, and participating in the full development lifecycle of new and existing software features and services.

Requirements:
 

  • Participate in team meetings and scrums
  • Investigate, replicate, and escalate problems and bugs
  • Collaborate with teams' members to plan and design new features
  • Execute test procedures on bugs and new features
  • Create new product documentation
  • Manage multiple tasks at once, maintaining exceptional quality
  • Review requirements analysis
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications:
 

  • University degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years QA and/or industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in both a team atmosphere and independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding prioritization, and organizational skills, including strong project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Willing to dive into difficult technical issues and figure them out
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
