JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles to customers in a professional manner and perform various support functions as requested by supervisor;
- Oversee the preparation for delivery of any vehicle sold, ensuring that the options selected have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional;
- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, offer a tour of the dealership facilities, and introduce customers to the appropriate personnel, including the manager and after-sales advisor;
- Ensure that every customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of their vehicle;
- Deal promptly with customer problems or complaints, informing the Sales Manager immediately;
- Participate actively in the owner follow-up program to encourage customer loyalty;
- Knowledge of automotive products (an asset).
Job type:
- Full-time;
- Permanent.
Compensation: $40,000 to $45,000 per year.
