Job description
Carrosserie FB is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team. This position will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a varied mission and an essential role in the company's administrative and financial follow-up.
Carrosserie FB's mandate is to be the leader in the automotive repair field specializing in short- and long-term car rental returns.
Main responsibilities:
- Data entry of accounting entries;
- Follow-up of customer and supplier invoices, and payment reminders;
- Preparation of elements required for monthly and annual closing of accounts;
- Cash management;
- Participation in the preparation of tax returns;
- Follow-up of accounting documents and archiving;
- Assistance in preparing documents for internal and external audits;
- Filing;
- Related administrative tasks.
Profile:
- Accounting background;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position would be an asset;
- Proficiency in office automation tools (notably Excel, Word) and accounting software (Acomba or equivalent);
- Thoroughness, organization and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good communication skills, both written and oral;
- Knowledge of tax bases and accounting standards;
- Confidentiality and discretion.
