Service Writer
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotes Creation and Management:
- Customer Updates:
- Obtaining Approvals:
- Scheduling/Closing RO's
- Walk-In Customer Assistance:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field an asset. Technician 310T or 310J designation preferred.
- Technical knowledge within truck and coach and transport trailer with reefer knowledge is an asset.
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
- Transportation Experience. Understand this sector of business.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools. Cetaris knowledge an asset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, especially when interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
