Service Writer

Key Responsibilities: 
 

  1. Quotes Creation and Management:
  2. Customer Updates:
  3. Obtaining Approvals:
  4. Scheduling/Closing RO's
  5. Walk-In Customer Assistance:



Qualifications:
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field an asset. Technician 310T or 310J designation preferred.
  • Technical knowledge within truck and coach and transport trailer with reefer knowledge is an asset.
  • Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Transportation Experience. Understand this sector of business.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools. Cetaris knowledge an asset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, especially when interacting with customers in person or over the phone.


Additional Skills:
 

  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
