Job Purpose
The position of a Collision Centre Advisor inspects vehicles and determines the cost of upgrading, refurbishing and repairing the vehicle. This position is of immense expertise, skill and requires a candidate to work in a dynamic environment.
Core Accountabilities
- Interacting with customers and understanding their requirements.
- Providing suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle.
- Estimating the cost and the time for the repair / up gradation of the vehicle.
- Coordinating work processes with the Technicians and other departments within the organization.
- Ensure all repair work is completed efficiently, accurately and of high quality
- Keeping up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies.
- Following automobile industry safety norms and standards.
- Answering telephone calls and customers inquiries.
- Meeting all assigned targets and objectives.
- Attending training for new products as required.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
- Clear Driver's Abstract.
- Experience working in a Collision Centre and providing estimates.
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks. • Proven organizational skills.
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively
- Excellent customer service skills: both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
- Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office.
