We're looking for a great candidate for the role of Adventure Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering a seamless and memorable journey for our customers, all while maintaining a high standard of service and organization at our dealership. This is a Regular, Full-time position working out of our Abbotsford Dealership, BC. This role directly reports to the Senior Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Greeting & Engagement: Greet and welcome customers upon entry to the dealership, ensuring they feel valued and at ease as they begin their visit.
- Traffic Management: Efficiently manage the flow of customers between departments, ensuring that they are quickly connected to the appropriate team member (Sales Consultant, Service, Parts, etc.).
- Up System Management: Assist in managing the Up system alongside Sales Consultants, helping to ensure the timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries and appointments.
- Customer Lounge & Coffee Station Management: Oversee and maintain the customer coffee station and lounge area, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting space for our visitors to relax.
- Prospect Information Entry: Accurately enter prospect management information into our IDS system, helping to maintain up-to-date records and follow-ups.
- Traffic Logs & Reporting: Update daily traffic logs on a weekly basis, keeping an organized record of customer visits, inquiries, and other related metrics.
- General Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized Adventure Experience Coordinator podium and surrounding areas, ensuring the dealership remains welcoming and professional.
- Additional Duties: Assist with any other tasks as directed by the Senior Sales Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the dealership.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer-Centric Mindset: You should have a natural ability to make customers feel welcome, valued, and informed.
- Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal team members.
- Team Player: Ability to work closely with the Sales team, Service department, and other staff members to provide a cohesive customer experience.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, especially when managing customer information and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Experience: Prior experience working within the hospitality industry in a customer-facing role, especially in hotels, restaurants and automotive or retail, is a plus
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 depending on background and experience.
