Job description
As Sales Supervisors at Tesla, you lead our sales floor teams, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, fostering team development, and overseeing daily sales operations to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets
- Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience
- Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs
- Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
- Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance is aligned with brand guidelines
Requirements
- Associate's degree, or equivalent experience
- Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills
- Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
