POSITION SUMMARY:
As Assistant Manager, Pre-Owned Operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the management and optimization of used vehicle activities within our company. You will play a key role in strategic planning, coordination of operational processes. Your expertise will contribute to maximizing profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the team of centralized appraisers and perform vehicle appraisals for all park Avenue group dealerships;
- Maintain the team's look-to-book ratio above 35% throughout the year;
- Manage the group's used vehicle inventory by determining retail prices and making daily price changes;
- Manage inbound vehicle funnel based on dealership inventory needs;
- Ensure increased purchasing volume for retail and wholesale by buying across different platforms;
- Achieve and surpass manufacturer repurchase targets;
- Support the wholesale department to maximize inventory turns and revenues;
- Support the team of dealership sales managers through KPI tracking and sharing of best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the automotive field (5 years minimum);
- Mastery of Google Suite;
- Mastery of Vauto software;
- Knowledge of various auction platforms;
- Autonomous and well-organized;
- Good management of priorities and end-of-month pressure;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
