We're looking for a Service Manager to join a team motivated to build trust and loyalty with customers through high-quality automotive repairs and service.
As Service Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be to..:
- Supervise and coordinate workshop activities;
- Manage and supervise the team of technicians, ensuring their training and development;
- Improve the department's sales and profitability by controlling the operating budget;
- Plan and organize interventions while respecting deadlines and service quality;
- Evaluate and improve team productivity through strong leadership;
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with safety standards;
- Perform other duties as required.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Significant experience in shop floor management (minimum of 2 years);
- Excellent management, analytical and leadership skills;
- Ability to work effectively with automotive parts ordering and work order management software;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team with customer satisfaction at the heart of activities.
