Job description:

- Supervise and coach sales team to exceed established sales targets;
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize performance;
- Maintain a privileged relationship with customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction;
- Analyze sales performance and submit regular reports to management;
- Ensure team training and skills development;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience;
- Negotiate sales terms while ensuring compliance with internal policies;
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to increase dealership visibility.

Profile:

- Sales management experience : Solid experience, ideally in the automotive field;
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team towards excellence;
- Customer focus: Sharp sense of service, customer focus and proactivity;
- Sales strategy skills : Ability to design and deploy effective sales strategies;
- Ambition and perseverance: Determination to rise to challenges and excel;
- Organization and autonomy: Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently;
- Mastery of tools: Advanced skills in sales management software and computer tools. (Serti, an asset)

Salary: High income potential of up to $140,000 per year.
