Here's a DESCRIPTION of your future TASKS :
The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the financial and operational success of a car dealership. You'll be expected to
- Welcoming customers; greeting each customer with enthusiasm and determination;
- Customer needs assessment; identify customers' specific needs, including budget, model and feature preferences;
- Vehicle presentation; explaining the features, options and benefits of the different vehicle models available, organizing test drives to enable customers to test drive the cars;
- Advice and recommendations; providing personalized advice to help customers choose the vehicle that best suits their needs;
- Price negotiation; discuss and negotiate prices with customers, taking into account discounts, promotions and trade-ins;
- Sales file management; prepare and manage sales documentation;
- After-sales follow-up; follow up with customers after purchase to ensure their satisfaction and build loyalty, possibly proposing additional services or upgrades;
- Product knowledge; keep abreast of new models and technical specifications;
- Sales target achievement; work to achieve sales targets set by management;
- Team collaboration; work closely with other team members.
