Job description
We are a Fix Auto workshop in the Montreal region. Our team is dynamic and we offer a great work atmosphere. A little extra... we finish at 3 p.m. on Fridays!
The liaison agent is responsible for answering customers in person and on the phone. She is responsible for customer service, selling services and processing transactions. The Liaison Agent must follow all company procedures and policies in providing customer service. The incumbent understands his/her role as a brand ambassador and delivers a positive experience to all customers.
Desired qualities and experience:
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Experience and passion for customer service;
- Excellent interpersonal skills (customers, colleagues and insurers);
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite;
- Functional English;
- Neat appearance;
- Energy and stress management;
- Concern for quality;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Negotiation.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and take care of customers;
- Perform data entry and various administrative tasks;
- Open and follow up files;
- Answer calls;
- Billing;
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, as measured by customer satisfaction index results;
- Manage receiving operations to ensure efficient organization and support sales functions;
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager and Sales Manager to ensure vehicles are delivered without problems or delays;
- Schedule customer appointments according to shop availability;
- Maintain customer database to ensure efficiency;
- Perform other related tasks.
