Join the Kia Gabriel Ouest team as a Main Service Advisor!
Would you like to be part of one of the largest automotive groups in Quebec? Kia Gabriel Ouest, a member of the Gabriel Group, is a dynamic, fast-growing dealership looking for a bilingual Technical Advisor to lead our service team.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the customer experience and in the development of the dealership. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, accompanying them from reception to repair follow-up. Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and assessing their service needs;
- Opening, managing and communicating work orders with our team of technicians;
- Follow up with customers by providing regular updates;
- Combine exceptional customer service with sales opportunities, advising customers on essential services such as oil changes, tire rotation and brake maintenance to ensure the performance and safety of their vehicles.
We're looking for someone with experience in automotive technical consulting, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to helping customers understand and invest in quality maintenance for their vehicles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, with the ability to promote the valuable services we offer.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in technical consulting or similar field;
- Knowledge of SDS and SERTI software;
- Bilingual in French and English (required).
