Main responsibilities:

- Process all lease documentation and maintain detailed records of lease department transactions;
- Maintain a detailed log of all dealership rental and renewal transactions;
- Compile statistical reports such as sales/rental ratio, percentage of renewals, lost customers (with explanations) and other relevant reports;
- Price used vehicles and lease returns;
- Process all lease requests (net residual) and contact the customer immediately when necessary;
- Analyze lease files and determine the appropriate number of months prior to expiration to follow up with the customer;
- Ensure that Sales Consultants follow up with customers on the scheduled date;
- Analyze the files of customers who have signed a loan with a financial institution upon purchase of their vehicle and schedule the appropriate number of months prior to maturity to follow up with the customer. Ensure that follow-up is done.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a car dealership;
- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills;
- Able to exceed customer expectations;
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
