Financial Controller - Hyundai Val-David:

Hyundai Val-David, a fast-growing automotive dealership, stands out for its commitment to innovation and exceptional customer service. To support our development, we are looking for a passionate and rigorous Financial Controller to join our team and actively contribute to the financial management of our expanding company.

Your responsibilities:

- Complete accounting management: supervision of all accounting operations, from cash management to book reconciliation;
- Control and follow-up of essential activities, such as payment management, tax remittances, parts inventory management and group insurance;
- Account monitoring: verification of accounts receivable and payable, monitoring of warranty claims, discounts and payments;
- Financial statements: preparation of detailed monthly financial statements, according to manufacturer standards, and communication of management reports to the relevant department managers;
- Regulatory compliance: ensure compliance with tax obligations, pension plan rules and other government requirements;
- Financial analysis: monitor financial statements, analyze variances and optimize daily control processes;
- Inventory and audits: coordinate annual physical inventory and external audits;
- Benefits management: oversee employee benefits programs, including RVER;
- Administrative management: updating personnel files and information.

Profile:

- Diploma: training in accounting, finance or related field;
- Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial control, ideally in the automotive sector;
- Technical skills: proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, accounting software) and experience with Serti/Keyloop software would be an asset;
- Personal qualities: organizational skills, rigor, time management and excellent communication skills;
- Team spirit: ability to work collaboratively with different departments within the company.
