Shop Foreman

We're a major American dealership on Montreal's North Shore, and we're looking to add a versatile individual to our team.

Your primary task will be to allocate work to Technicians, according to their skills and abilities. In addition, as we use an electronic dispatch system, you will be able to complete other related tasks.

Your main tasks:

- Dispatch work to Technicians;
- Regular follow-up with customers and advisors during shop work;
- Telephone calls with customers.

Our ideal candidate:

- Has experience as in work dispatching;
- Is organized, punctual and diligent;
- Has experience with the Serti / Keyloop system (an important asset);
- Has experience in automotive mechanics.
