WHAT IS THE CURRENT CONTEXT?

Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard was created in July 2021. Under the control of a passionate and dynamic administration, our ambition is to become a reference within the luxury dealer distribution network. We are therefore looking for new talent to join our team.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

- Enhance the experience: your sense of customer relations will lead you to make our customers' experience exceptional by assisting them during their visit to the dealership and/or by answering incoming calls and directing them to the right department;
- Administration: as the Sales Manager's right-hand man, you'll help him in his day-to-day work;
- Manager: you'll manage cash receipts, produce cash reports and report results to the accounts department on a daily basis;
- Support: you'll help our sales team with a variety of daily tasks, including registering vehicles and preparing sales files.

QUALITIES WE CONSIDER ESSENTIAL:

- Excellent ability to listen to customer needs;
- Ability to communicate in both official languages;
- Be meticulous and organized;
- Punctuality and diligence;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365;
- Experience in an automotive environment (an asset).
