Job Description:
As a Warranty and Invoicing Clerk, you are responsible for building and closing invoices for vehicle repairs, including warranty claims.
This role is vital in ensuring timely invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Read technician's comments and associated parts
- Create invoices for repairs
- Accurately record all labour information and parts on repair orders
- Ensure invoices reflect the actual work performed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred
Work Schedule: Our Service hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Work Location: In person.
