Performance Hyundai is seeking a team oriented automotive Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in St Catharines. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers. The position is responsible for receiving customers in a courteous and professional manner and delivering the personalized service that exemplifies our dealerships. Previous automotive service experience is an asset.

Here's what you'll deliver:
 

  • Works with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
  • Provides service recommendation to customers including estimating costs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards.
  • Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards.
  • Other service related duties as required.


What you need to succeed:
 

  • 3-5 years of service advisor experience preferred.
  • Must have great customer service skills and an outgoing/positive attitude.
  • May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills are required. Automotive knowledge is an asset.
  • ADP dealer software and CDK experience is a definite asset.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
