Essential Duties:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of our products
- Stay updated on product updates, new releases, and industry trends
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and capabilities
- Highlight the value proposition of our products to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to support product-related sales efforts
- Provide product expertise during sales presentations and meetings
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, including sales representatives, to enhance product knowledge
- Facilitate workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of our products
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences
- Provide insights and feedback to contribute to product development and improvement
- Assist in the creation of product documentation, brochures, and marketing collateral
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in product-related materials Gather and analyze customer feedback on products.
- Communicate customer insights to the product development team for continuous improvement
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in a dealership or in a similar role High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to communicate technical details in a clear and understandable manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present information in an engaging and compelling manner
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing product offerings and market dynamics
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
