Main responsibilities:
- Perform work procedures as indicated on repair orders efficiently and accurately according to the highest standards of the manufacturer and dealership;
- Carry out repairs on vehicles;
- Work with other team members to accomplish a mission of complete customer satisfaction;
- Maintains close communication with the team of consultants in the service when additional procedures are required or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed time frame;
- Attend in-person and online training sessions as required;
- Perform road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- One year of experience (or more) as a mechanic;
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of hybrid electric cars (an asset);
- Strong team work ethic;
- Hold a competency card issued by the Comité Paritaire de l'Automobile.
