Experienced Service Advisor with well-developed social skills, good knowledge of new technologies and a good work structure wanted!

Your duties:
- Warmly welcome customers;
- Listen and understand customer needs, both in the dealership and on the phone;
- Present the work to be done in a professional manner;
- Advise customers on required maintenance;
- Complete customer-approved repair orders;
- Follow up work on time, close repair orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
