Service Manager

We are looking for a service manager for our high end automotive dealership located in Trois-Rivières.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

-Manage the entire department;
-Manage the department staff;
-Ensure the department's productivity and profitability;
-Handle customer complaints within a timely manner;
-Perform any other task that may be required in relation to the position.

Skills and qualities:

-Minimum of 3 years experience as an automotive service manager;
-Excellent management skills;
-Focused on customer satisfaction;
-Motivator;
-Team player.
