Job description:

We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about the automotive industry, have excellent communication skills and are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, this is the position for you!

Profile:

- Passionate about the automotive industry;
- Excellent professional etiquette and presentation;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong sense of customer service;
- Organization and effective time management;
- Attention to detail and rigorous file management;
- Bilingualism essential (French and English), both written and spoken.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers and establish a relationship of trust;
- Listen to the customer's needs and ask the right questions;
- Customer follow-up (prospecting);
- Carry out road tests with customers;
- Accompany the customer throughout the steps leading to vehicle delivery;
- Follow company procedures;
- Perform all other related tasks.
