Fixed Operations Manager

Be part of a major automotive dealership group and join a dynamic team on Montreal's South Shore! We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fixed Operations Manager to manage and optimize the operations of the service, parts and after-sales departments.

Main responsibilities:

- Oversee the service, parts and aftersales departments;
- Hire, manage staff and organize work schedules;
- Ensure budget management, invoicing and work order follow-up;
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve performance objectives;
- Plan shop operations and optimize internal procedures;
- Prepare, monitor and manage departmental budgets;
- Follow and enforce established procedures, including manufacturer's warranties and policies.

Qualifications and skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager;
- Excellent mechanical knowledge;
- Initiative, adaptability, attention to detail and good judgment;
- Bilingualism (French and English) essential to meet our customers' needs;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Punctuality, attention to detail and team spirit;
- Ability to improve sales and profitability while controlling the budget.
