Service Advisor

Volkswagen de l'Outaouais is looking for a Service Advisor.

Duties:

- Greet customers and prepare repair orders for their vehicles;
- Offer safety inspection, lubrication, detailing and body shop services;
- Be a good communicator and salesperson, explaining to customers the nature of the maintenance or repair work to be carried out and the deadlines involved;
- Prepare and explain the invoice to the customer and make any necessary corrections;
- Maintain relations with the workshop manager and ensure that vehicles are ready on time as promised.

We offer:

- Between $40,000 and $80,000 per year + bonuses;
- Full-time, daytime position.
