Service Advisor

Volkswagen Gabriel Châteauguay, a new and growing dealership, is looking for a Service Advisor to join its team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

-Listen and analyse customer needs as well as explaining the required work;
-Plan vehicle repairs;
-Prepare the workorder and provide an estimate of the work to be done;
-Follow the progress of the jobs;
-Sell various services: after-sales & prevention or maintenance services;
-Transfer information between technicians and clients;
-Establish a relationship of trust with clients and build their loyalty;
-Perform any other task that may be required in relation to the position.


Required skills and qualities:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership;
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and preventive maintenance;
- Knowledge of Serti software, an asset;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Focused on customer satisfaction;
- Bilingual, in French and in English;
- Reside on the South-Shore (preferably).
