Job description
Atelier de Débosselage Brossard is looking for a Liaison Agent to join our dynamic team.
Job description:
- Greet customers;
- Make and schedule appointments;
- Open repair orders and Nexera files;
- Complete vehicle rental contracts according to established procedures;
- Follow-up with customers and insurers;
- Follow-up on accounts receivable with insurance companies;
- Perform other related tasks as required;
- Provide administrative support and customer service for the body shop department;
- Filing documents, invoices and files.
The Liaison Agent provides customer service and works with the accounting department (administrative support).
Required experience:
- Experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (desirable);
- Knowledge of automobile insurance claims (desirable);
- Ability to work with Nexara, Audatex, Sage 50 software;
- Analytical mind and willingness to learn;
- Autonomous and responsible;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
