In this vital role, you will:

- Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working collaboratively with the store team, sales reps and administrative team;
- Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration and team spirit;
- Contribute to the recruitment, development, motivation, health and well-being of all team members;
- Manage the store's budget and take the necessary measures to constantly improve financial results;
- Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards, both wholesale and retail.
