Your Way Autois seeking a Sales & Finance Representative to join our team!

As a Sales & Finance Specialist, with Your Way Auto, you'll play a pivotal role in engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and achieving sales targets. You will showcase vehicle features, guide customers through the sales process, and stay updated on industry trends. In addition, you will conduct thorough financial assessments, present financing options, and secure competitive rates, ensuring compliance throughout. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of automotive financing.

Commission Wage Structure (Potential to earn $100,000+ annually!).

For up to the first year of employment, to support development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $644.23 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in-person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
  • Elevate the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and detailed product demonstrations.
  • Process finance deals in a timely manner in accordance with lending institutions.
  • Accurately prepare all documentation for clients at the time of vehicle delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
  • Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing to the overall success of Your Way Auto.


Requirements:

 

  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience
  • Previous client service experience
  • Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Have a valid driver's license and be able to provide an acceptable driver's abstract
