As part of our development, we are looking for a Service Manager to head up our after-sales department and ensure the quality of services offered to our customers.
Duties:
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for all after-sales service and repair workshop activities. Your main tasks will be :
- Team management: supervising and motivating technicians, after-sales advisors and other service staff. Ensure smooth organization and optimum service quality;
- Workshop management: supervise scheduling, repairs and vehicle maintenance. Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality of work;
- Customer relations: ensure customer satisfaction through clear and regular communication. Handle customer complaints proactively and resolve any disputes;
- Performance monitoring: analyze the after-sales service's financial and operational results. Implement actions to improve profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction;
- Inventory and supply management: of tools and equipment required for interventions;
- Technical watch and compliance: ensure compliance with current standards and regulations. Monitor vehicle technical developments and train teams accordingly;
- Business development: identify new opportunities to increase after-sales business and develop new value-added services for customers.
Profile:
- Education and experience: significant experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar position in automotive after-sales service management is essential;
- Managerial skills: proven experience in team and project management. Ability to motivate and develop talent;
- Technical skills: good knowledge of the automotive sector, products and after-sales services. Mastery of workshop management tools and dealership management software;
- Personal qualities: listening skills, rigor, analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Sense of customer service and satisfaction.
