Your Key Responsibilities
• Participate in daily scheduling meetings and activities with Production Leaders.
• Verify capacity and demand risks, highlighting and communicating constraints.
• Create and update SAP Material Masters.
• Stablish strong communication with external suppliers to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Monitor deliveries from suppliers for assigned materials and updating SAP.
• Planning - Creation of releases and EDI transmission to Suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, react accordingly to min and max.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
• Analyze MRP run and determine demand.
• Order management including purchase orders, production orders to tool centers and scheduling agreements with suppliers of assigned materials.
• Provide consumption reports as needed.
• Provide support for manufacturing area and related support functions.
• Work collaboratively with other team members in logistics, procurement, and operations to achieve company's goals.
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency within the supply chain and operations processes, and support implementation of changes.
• Other activities/ projects as assigned.
Your Qualifications
• Post-secondary educational institution in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management program or similar degree. CPIM is considered an asset.
• Solid knowledge of computer applications and software
• Strong knowledge and skills in MS Excel
• Ease at math and problem solving.
• Some flexibility with working hours
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and practical experience in SAP
• Consistent and effective planning abilities
• Disciplined, organized and attentive to detail
