Job Description

 

• Oversees Data Science's analyses efforts on major projects, providing forward-looking and potentially transformative guidance to business leaders and decision makers.

• Discovers or invents new business opportunities through the original application of new optimization, simulation, forecasting, machine learning, artificial intelligence and statistical methods.

• Leads in the creation, design, development and execution of advanced prescriptive and predictive algorithms in mathematical optimization, simulation and artificial intelligence applications.

• Applies professional judgment, creativity, and knowledge of client priorities to anticipate needs and recommend solutions.

• Researches and applies emerging technologies and practices to enhance Data Science's development and application company wide.

• Drives cross-functional efforts to improve efficiency and address emerging business challenges.

• Monitors industry and the competition to understand Data Science advances, changes and state-of-the art approaches.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

 

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning or related field plus 10 years of relevant work; or a Master's degree plus up to 8 years of relevant work experience; or a PhD plus 5 years of experience

• In lieu of a degree, qualified candidates would require 14 years of relevant professional experience
