Service Advisor

United Alfa Romeo is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

The Service Advisor is responsible for defining customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. The jobholder will also be responsible for selling maintenance services and organizing work schedules, while ensuring quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and obtain information about their car;
- Explain the nature of the work and all related costs to customers;
- Sell lubrication services, safety inspections and other similar services or any other maintenance required;
- Allocate tasks to technicians;
- Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs.

Profile:

- Bilingualism (oral and written);
- Experience as a Service Advisor;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset).
