KIA Joliette is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to expand our team!

Duties:
- Follow-up on unsold customers;
- Follow-up (BDC, service and customer appointments with sales consultants);
- Weekly performance follow-up;
- Closing rate;
- Profitability of each sales consultant;
- Accessory sales;
- CSI;
- Rental penetration %;
- Lease renewals;
- Ensure a complete log of sales activities;
- Desk and T/O in collaboration with Sales Manager;
- Follow-up on deliveries;
- Coaching and integration of new sales consultants.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in automotive sales;
- At least two years' experience in a management position;
- Knowledge of Merlins and Activix;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
