Service Advisor - From $1000 to $1500 per week

We are looking for a Service Advisor who has a minimum of experience. Knowledge of Reynolds software is an asset.

The candidate we are looking for must meet the following criteria:

- Being autonomous and organized;
- Having the appropriate technical knowledge;
- Being perfectly bilingual;
- Having excellent communication skills;
- Having an exceptional sense of customer service;
- Demonstrating good stress management skills;
- Being patient with excellent listening skills;
- Having a professional appearance and attitude.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

- Greeting customers with courtesy;
- Obtaining all the required information to identify and propose the required repairs and/or maintenance work on the vehicle;
- Explaining the work's nature and costs to the client;
- Advising customers on the care to be given to their car and emphasizing the importance of its maintenance according to the manufacturer's technical specifications;
- Following-up with the client and the workshop on the work in progress.

We are closed on weekends!
