Main responsibilities:

- Processing financing requests: Work with banks and financial institutions for specialized auto financing.
- Vehicle sales: Be comfortable making cash sales, as well as sales in new vehicle leasing and specialized financing.
- Customer support: Select the vehicle that suits the customer's needs, taking into account financial approvals, and guide the sale according to financing criteria.
- Maximizing financing opportunities: Offer and sell financial products (insurance, extended warranties, etc.), and maximize financing options.
- File preparation: Prepare and organize financing files, ensuring document compliance and proper administrative management.
- Vehicle delivery: Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and guarantee high-quality service.
- Payment follow-up: Disburse files with financial institutions and follow up on payments to ensure smooth and efficient transaction management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- At least 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and good presentation;
- Ability to work in a team environment.
