Position: Financial and Insurance Manager (F&I)
Location: Joliette Mitsubishi, Joliette, QC

Joliette Mitsubishi is looking for a passionate and motivated Financial and Insurance Manager to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities:

- Accompany customers through the financing and insurance process for their vehicles;
- Propose solutions adapted to customers' needs while respecting their budgets;
- Maximize sales of financial and protection products while providing exceptional service;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Profile:

- Experience in sales or as a Financial and Insurance Manager (F&I), an asset;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Dynamism, professionalism and impeccable work ethic;
- At least 1 year experience in this position;
- Knowledge of Serti and Dealertrack software, an asset.
