Join Our Team as a Lead Hand 310 T Technician!
Location: 256 Bradwick Drive,Concord, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, day-shift, 40hrs/week)
Compensation:
- Competitive Wage: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour (based on experience), PLUS
- Lead Hand Wage Premium: $2.00 per hour
- Signing Bonus: $2,500.00 for licensed 310T Journey-persons
- Profit-Sharing Bonuses: Paid quarterly
- Training Bonuses: Up to $3,000.00 for Manufacturer and Technician Training

Position Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Communicate with the Service Writer and Branch Manager about job scheduling, status, and progress updates.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager on apprenticeship experience and skills progress.
- Conduct daily toolbox safety talks with the team.
- Maintain employer/employee confidentiality.
- Work with the training and development team to identify and address areas of opportunity for team members.
Repairs & Maintenance:
- Be billable for up to 85% of your hours.
- Conduct and complete safety inspections.
- Perform troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and PDIs (pre-delivery inspections) on a variety of heavy equipment.
- Diagnose issues with custom niche equipment.
- Conduct repairs efficiently, communicating effectively with the Service Writer and Parts team.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area and shop tools.
Specialized Equipment:
Our skilled technicians work on a variety of specialized equipment, including vac trucks, hydro vacs, combo builds, street sweepers, trackless, refuse, and recycling trucks. From preventative maintenance to diagnostics and repairs, you'll be hands-on with it all.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- Truck & Coach Technician (310T).
- 5+ years' experience as a Licensed Mechanic preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract.
- Experienced with hydraulic and/or electrical work.
