Job description
* 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm! *
Location : Laval - head office.
Main duties of the position:
- Creation of work orders for technicians on the road;
- Invoicing and parts ordering;
- Customer service on the phone and at the parts counter;
- Teamwork with sales and service department.
Job requirements:
- Level of education: college completed;
- Bilingualism required (French and English);
- Excellent customer service;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
