Delivery Coordinator

We're looking for a Delivery Attendant / File Preparer to join our team!

As part of your job, you will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering their vehicle in a professional manner, and perform various support functions as requested by your superior:

- Monitor customer satisfaction;
- Make disbursements;
- Oversee the preparation for delivery of any vehicle sold, ensuring that the chosen options have been installed correctly and that all features are fully functional (tinted windows, branding, carpeting, etc.);
- Ensure that items requiring installation are programmed;
- Ensure that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner's manual, etc.);
- Coordinate delivery: collect money due on delivery, offer a tour of the dealership's facilities.
